Today I did a session with a yoga teacher who wants to take her mindfulness practice to the next levels. It will deepen her practice of yoga and her yoga teaching practice. In 6-8 weeks her brain structure will start to shift to support a more fluid, creative and present mind.
One of the benefits of mindfulness is that we become less reactive to events, thoughts and emotions. When we are less reactive, we have more access to the possibility space of intuition. Our decisions get easier and wiser. We show up. We enjoy every aspect of our life however life becomes fraught with intrinsic ambiguity.
