One of my favorite past descriptions of team culture is how people feel on the team. This includes the range and quality of feeling fluctuations, feeling continuities and feeling dominances. In thriving team cultures, people feel good at work. They feel good about what they're doing, seeing and being, how they show up, share and support each other. In stuck teams, people don't feel good.
Feeling good at work is a complex phenomenon that has many potential shaping factors, like our habits of communication, organization and learning.
