Any scan through websites reveals that many businesses are good at telling us their what and how, what they do and produce and how. What is more rare and valuable is their why. Some don't know it's important to communicate their why. Some aren't sure how to articulate it. And some don't have a clear, compelling and coherent why beyond lusting after your budget in an intention to grow their own wealth.
Any business that has an empathetic rather than narcissistic why does well to communicate it clearly and often. It is honoring the significance of their why.
