Organizations of all kinds have many kinds of opportunities to connect people to their communities in all kinds of volunteer efforts. It's a matter of locating opportunities and connecting people to them, and maybe even giving them a few hours a month of work time to dedicate to these efforts. When people have more meaning in their lives, they bring more to their work. Everyone wins.
