Feeling leadership

As much as we talk about thought leadership, which can lend itself to elitism, we could also talk about feeling leadership. We benefit from leaders who lead from heart, who lead compassion, courage and creativity. These are at root more affective than abstract, more empowering than dividing.

Feeling leadership is ultimately more powerful than thought leadership. People are moved by their emotions more than their cognition. Feeling leadership takes more genuineness and personal development than thought leadership.
