In thiriving team cultures care of others is strong. In struggling cultures, care of others is weak and self-service is strong. There are simple structures that can help make a culture of caring more possible, including the Agile Canvas, social technologies (Slack, Trello, Google Drive), working by agreements, engaging each other's strengths and storytelling.
