The more people work with habits of appreciation, focus and connection, the happier they are and the better they feel and do. The good news is we now have the science and innovations to design micro habits that support appreciation, focus and connection. They are easy teach, learn, apply and sustain.
The opposites are deficiency, distraction and distrust where people feel largely dissatisfied, reactive and unsupported. These become less possible when we grow micro habits of happiness. We can give all kinds of lip service about the kind of values and culture want. People will show up with engagement and passion to the extent they become intentionally happier.
