Many people resist committing time or funding to change efforts until they feel confidence in how long it will take. Three key factors are at play: the process and openness. The process needs to be right. It needs to include dreaming, learning and action that creates traction. There needs to be a critical mass of openness to new conversations, questions, possibilities and commitments. Oneness is listening, curiosity and growing ideas. The more right process and openness, the shorter change takes.
