Leaders with fixed mindsets

Leaders with growth mindsets believe people have the potential to learn and develop, usually because they know they can. Those with fixed mindsets don't believe they or anyone else can. It's simply a matter of education. People whose narratives have not been exposed to growth mindset are relegated to fixed mindsets. These leaders equate growing and purchasing. To grow the organization is to purchase more and/or better talent, technology, marketing, locations, partners and distributors.
